(Error Code: 2f1acf77) Assembly SLDASM Upload Error

I am getting the following error message when trying to upload our assembly (sldasm) zip file to SimScale.
“The version of the CAD file format is currently not supported. Please use a different version, or try uploading a different CAD file format.”

I tried making some adjustments to the CAD but nothing seems to work.
What seems to be the problem?

Hi @jrezaee,

Thanks for posting your question. I recommend you to export it from SolidWorks as a neutral file format (such as .stp or .igs) and then try to upload it into SimScale, just to make sure that it is not related to a corrupted file. Please give it a go and let us know how it goes.
