I’m trying to make an enclosure to run a CFD test but I keep getting this error. Anyone know whats gone wrong or how I can fix it?

I agree with you that the imported geometry should be improved. Please turn all the sheet bodies into solids, by thickening or enclosing.
Also, if you can, Parasolid or STEP formats are preferred over IGES.
