I am doing the CFD tutorial simulation (water through two joining pipes) and all I get is that an error occurred about one minute into the simulation. That is all I see in the event logs. I cannot find the solver log or anything to even tell me what is wrong.

I tried to copy your project and run the simulation (without changing anything) and the simulation seems to run fine. Could you try setting the simulation to run again and let us know if it works?
