The webinar you are looking is outdated with respect to the current workflow and user interface, this is why you can’t find the mesh section.
Currently, the mesh is included inside the simulation tree, which allows the platform to perform physics based mesh optimizations.
Please refer to a more updated tutorial on the topic for a reference of the current workflow:

I noticed that you have a mesh currently being generated. The geometry itself looks appropriate (although it’s definitely a complex design). When the mesh finishes running, it should be possible to start a simulation job.
