Conjugate heat transfer Shell and Tube

I am trying to analyse the performance of heat transfer from one fluid to another
The fluids i have chosen is the Lubrication Oil SAE 120C at a temp of 100 degrees C and water at 5 Degrees C
The simulation consists of multipipe and baffle plates as an initial simulation. However I do not see much change in temperature of the oil side please could you provide any suggestions as why this could be the case

Link to the project is below

Thank you

I’d suggest using result controls to monitor the results in order to gain more confidence in them - at the moment it’s difficult to tell whether or not the simulation has converged.

Purely from a setup perspective, keep in mind that you are getting around 244 times more volumetric flow rate on the oil inlet when compared to the water inlet (taking velocity * area as a base). So it’s unlikely that oil will shift temperature a lot in these conditions.
