As far as I can tell there are faces not touching which you can see in the meshing log (mentioned above as well). Some additional hints on CAD preparation:
- Please make sure that the imported geometry consists of Solid parts and not sheet/surface elements.
- Remove fillets, Merge small faces if existent
Btw: You can use the interface option in the tree to connect the unconnected faces.
