I have been trying to calculate lift and drag of a rotating cylinder.
1.I got error in meshing.can you help me with the meshing.
2.can i use mrf zone to rotate cylinder region?

You cannot use the windtunnel mesh option for MRF simulation. Please have a look at this tutorial from our documentation and let me know how things go: MRF Tutorial
