My CFD result graph is not a smooth line it is showing irregular variations. Could someone explain why?

This is most likely due to poor mesh quality at the three levels: globally, in the vicinity and on the measured surfaces.
Please bear in mind that at the first iterations it is normal to have big variations, and usually the convergence is evaluated on the last iterations.
If you post a link to your simulation we should be able to provide more specific advice on how to improve.
