Can't correctly upload a csv file

I was doing the biomedical workshop in the simscale academy and i came across a situation where i need to upload a csv file , and its not working at all. errors like the following occur on my window
“Cannot fetch results. Not enough data available in the processed CSV-file. Either you specified a wrong separator or less than two columns are available in the CSV-file.
Error code g6tmqpgm”

help me out .

Hi again @malik12985,

I have pasted the values into Notepad++ and saved it as a .csv file. Simply pasting it in Excel probably caused this issue.

Thank you for your help on creating a csv file . I finished that part well but i am now facing a new problem , which is an error on the simulation run, has occurred. An error of this sort keep emerging up " An error appeared during the mesh processing for the calculation. Restarting the run might fix this problem. If this does not help, please contact our support for further information. " . i double checked all the steps and i couldn’t find any error i made so please help

I don’t see any errors in your project, seems you were able to solve them on your own?

The particular error you mentioned is actually a “transient” error, this means it is not triggered by any wrong setup, but very rarely it may happen that such an unexpected error happens without any obvious reason. In almost all cases, restarting the run (creating a new run with the same settings and starting it) will resolve the situation, as mentioned in the error message.
