Calculation of parallel mapping between regions failed

Hello,

I’ve created a transient CHT simulation. It try to simulate the heat transfer in a mould where a cooling water tubes are added inside. I want to know why when I run the simulations a error appears saying: “Calculation of parallel mapping between regions failed.” I’ve changed the mesh setup and the refinements but it still appears.

Hello there, and thanks for using the forum for project support!

For CHT simulations, you should use the Standard meshing algorithm, which has a lot of optimizations to avoid this and similar errors.
