Velocity field started diverging. Please check the mesh quality near the reported location and try refining the mesh. If the problem occured near a boundary, please check the boundary conditions.

Hello again! It seems like the issue is caused by the boundary condition settings.
Please make sure the velocity inlet value is assigned in the correct direction. Flow direction should be assigned relative to the car velocity. I assume, in your application, flow should move in negative x direction.
