An error occurred. Learn more. (with box plus cylinder)

I try to simulate air around a box upon which is a cylinder (millhouse by molen_victor | SimScale ), but I get the error message: “An error occurred. Learn more”
Any help?

Hello, the simulation is diverging due to mesh quality. There is a 5e-6 meters gap between the bottom of the flow domain and the parallelepiped, which I would suggest that you remove.

That works. I think I now find how to check this myself. The box had also an underside in the mesh, while it should not have such in the mesh. Correct?
