Hi, I’ve used exactly the same setup ( I think) as I have previously for simulating parts of a car for a CO2 dragster style competition, but the airflow velocity drops away near instantly from 20m/s as set up for the moving wall at the floor and the velocity intake at the front, to near 0m/s for the rest of the simulation. I can’t figure out the issue, and I’d appreciate another pair of eyes on it!
Happening in both of these sims: https://www.simscale.com/workbench/?pid=4459825720667226662&rru=50abcc95-2a0f-41e9-a454-e28aefe32e45&ci=e5afc464-ef0e-40a6-b88f-f1d48a5a1eb0&ct=SOLUTION_FIELD&mt=SIMULATION_RESULT and

Hello,
it seems like you have an issue with the setup for both of your Simulations.
I think you have assigned the wrong flow direction for your setup.
you can also see this with vectors on a cutting plane.
I guess that’s the issue for the differences.
Best regards
Sebastian

Thanks, that’ll teach me to set off simulations in the middle of the night - completely missed that the model was oriented differently to the simulation set up I previously used. All fixed now.
