Air flow in the box

Good day I would like your know-how on how to calculate the air flow inside an aibox.
I have tried everything I could get from tutorials youtube videos etc. but no luck at all!
I’m totally new to this and my knowledge is limited for the time being! thanks in advance for your assistance!

The name of the project is ITBS airbox (I don’t know how to add it here)

Anyone that can shed some light on what I’m doing wrong guyz?

I found my main issue guyz when I switched the time-dependency to steady state all my problems were solved!
