Aerodynamics of Car - Center of Rotation

Hello!
In the past, the tutorial about aerodynamic simulations of a car specified the center of rotation to be halfway between the front and rear wheel. Now it specifies it to be on the center of the rear wheel. Why is that and is it correct to do it that way?
Thanks in advance!

Hi there,
Thank you for posting on the forum

It seems to me that you can take your pick. It would change the centre of rotation which will affect the coefficients like Yaw Moment, Roll and Pitch Dynamics etc. Give it a try and let us know your findings!

That makes a lot of sense, ty! I will let you know after fixing the error plaguing my simulation currently
