About the settings of mutiphase flow

Hi, I am a beginner of ANSYS Fluent and I am now having problems using it.

My subject is to simulate a plate with some angle which is stationary in the flow. And I will use the mutiphase flow (VOF model) which is air and water. My purpose is to get the lift and drag. I met some problems with the set ups.

Can any body give me the detailed set up steps about this?
