Hi, for an HVAC duct I have the inlets and outlets but get an error that says “A setup with 110 regions is being used in a single-region analysis type. Please make sure that all regions except for one have an Advanced Concept assigned to them.” How can this be fixed?

For incompressible flow, the only part that must be present is the flow region. You can solve this by deleting the solid parts in the CAD Edit mode, with the operation Body - delete.
By the way I checked your project and noticed that you created an external flow region around your duct. Is this the intention? Or rather you will to simulate the flow inside the duct? If so, please create an Internal flow region instead.
