Uploading assemblies might be a bit of a tricky task, I’d advise you to go through this guide on how to do it:

In summary, you need to:

  1. Zip all assembly files/parts into a folder
  2. Set the folder’s name to be the same as the main assembly’s

Let me know if this works!

Ps: As an alternative, you can simply export your entire assembly as a part (e.g. STEP/Parasolid/SAT formats).
