This error message means that there was a problem in the cloud server where the simulation was running on. In principle this shouldn’t be related with the simulation setup at all, but to the backend.
Thus, there is nothing you should do about it, just running the job again as no core hours will be deducted from your account.
Anyway, it looks suspicious to me that this happens twice for the same simulation. I will report to the platform team.
