Hi @s2318236, thanks for posting on the forum and welcome to the SimScale Community 
When stablishing pin connector relationships, the faces which receive the assignment need to be concentric otherwise the simulation will result in an error as explained in the connectors documentation.
Try and make the faces concentric and keep us posted of the results!
