Hello,
It appears your geometry contains some very thin (sliver) regions where this low mesh quality resides.
This plot was made using the built-in “Mesh quality” viewer under the Mesh level on the simulation tree.
I would take a step back into your CAD model and fill up these thin areas and re-mesh the new geometry and you should see a dramatic improvement in your mesh quality.
