Hi @srk018, thanks for posting on the forum and welcome to the SimScale Community :handshake:

It’s a bit hard to pinpoint exactly where the problem lies without having a closer look at the project (take a look here to know how to post your project’s URL), but here’s some general advice:

  1. Defeature your CAD so that it’s rid of small faces/unnecessary details
  2. Try exporting your CAD as polysurface formats (e.g. STEP/Parasolid)
