Hello SimScale Team! I have noticed that when viewing my newly made mesh, prior to performing a simulation, I am unable to hide the faces or any part of rotating zones in CFD simulations. My exact workflow that leads to this issue is as follows:
1 - Create mesh in CFD simulation environment
2 - Click on the “Mesh” tab such that it is highlighted and the mesh appears in the viewer
3 - Click on the domain faces and click “Hide” (they disappear as expected)
4 - Click on the rotating zones faces and click “Hide” - they become unselectable, but are still visible. I have also tried hiding them from the dropdown menu on the right hand side of the screen which list all objects in the scene, but to no avail.
This is quite annoying, as I am trying to view the mesh on a propeller inside a rotating region. Currently, the only way that I can do this is to carry out a simulation, post process results in Solution Fields, and there I can hide the rotating zones.
