When I follow all the steps to create the simulation, I get an error at the end: (Make sure all CAD entities are assigned a subject or advanced concepts are missing for the following entities.) Could someone help me?

I assume you are referring to this project. You are trying to run an incompressible simulation. This is one of those that only runs with a single flow region in it. You would have to delete all other solid bodies present in your model for it work.
