Thanks for posting your question!
Again, as in your latest project I see that the high temperature value is in the region with the lowest velocity, which is completely fair.

In this case, for this configuration and considering your boundary conditions, I do not see any problem.
The suggestion in the previous post is still valid for here as well.

You can also do a hand calculation to check energy balance in the system. MdotC_pDeltaT.
Mdot via density and integral, C_p is specific heat of fluid, measure delta T in C from inlet to outlet. You’ll get J/s which is watts. compare to total heat load in the box.
