The first option would be to define your load with a time-dependancy (for instance 5000*t) and let the simulation interval be 5 seconds and the initial time step length 0.5 seconds if you like. But please be aware that the simulation time is something like a “pseudo-time” to show you what would happen to the component if we would move it slowly (“quasi static”). If you want a “real” time-dependancy a dynamic simulation might be the best for you.
