Steady-state Conjugate Heat Transfer (CHT v2) of Energy Roof Rev 3 prototype: 24'-0" x 16'-0" framed BIPV/T module, 4'x4' patent grid, fan-driven plenum flow from eave to ridge with ridge vent strip. PV-active zone 24'x12' (18 panels in 6x3 grid). 4 bodies: PV laminate (8 mm), plenum air (63.5 mm, mid of 1.5/2.5/3.5 inch sweep), roof deck (lumped EPDM + 5/8 in plywood), sub-plenum insulation (R-15 fiberglass batt). Site: Westport CT, roof tilt 41.2 deg south azimuth. Slope applied via gravity vector and Solar Load orientation, not by tilting geometry.
