CAD Setup The model includes the housing, voltage-excited coil, solenoid bushing, plunger, and valve body. Two states of this solenoid valve are: open (coil energized) and closed (coil off). Simulation Setup Electromagnetics: Simulate magnetic field buildup and plunger actuation force. Thermal: Evaluate coil heating and temperature distribution. Flow: Analyze internal flow to assess pressure drop and coolant path behavior.
