A formula student drivetrain part that is connecting the differential to the chain sprocket. It has to withstand a torque of 620Nm at final drive rotation speeds. The gearing is simplified to a plain surface because it can withstand about 1200Nm. The simulation is static and extremely simplified because the subject of the matter is to analyse the arm structure for possible improvements.
