Heat transfer simulation of a test bench For GaN transistors. The goal of the project is to test out different heat transfer mediums to cool down GaN transistors. The test bench standardly uses a ventilator to create a certain amount of airflow. Currently we used graphite in the simulation as a a heat transfer medium.
