This project focuses on designing and testing a small-scale vertical axis wind turbine (VAWT) to harvest wind energy from moving vehicles on highways. The turbine is 3D printed for prototyping and evaluated through Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations and experimental tests. The aim is to analyze airflow behavior, measure voltage and current generation under different wind conditions, and optimize the blade geometry for maximum efficiency.
