In this Project we Simulate an Exhaust Manifold using CHTV2.0 Simscale solver The goal is this project is to understand the Heat transfer between the exhaust gases and the manifold, Thermal stresses on it as well as heat transfer coefficient accuracy & predictions. We evaluate areas of higher velocity and temperature variation and perform more detailed analysis on it to find out what kind of condition to expect at the outlet of the exhaust, how to improve its performance and much more !
