The project simulates the thermal performance of a multilayer Aluminium 6061-T6 structure fabricated via friction stir additive manufacturing. The simulation analyzes how heat transfers across the layered block, mimicking the behaviour of a potential electric vehicle EV heat exchanger component .The structure consists of six solid-state bonded layers & feasibility conduction uniformity & structural thermal response .
