This project focuses on the design and structural analysis of an agricultural drone frame and landing gear using FRP composite materials for the frame and chromium steel for the landing gear. The primary objective is to achieve a lightweight yet structurally stable drone structure capable of carrying agricultural payloads such as pesticide tanks while withstanding operational and landing loads. The complete 3D CAD model was developed and imported into a finite element environment for static structural, modal, and landing impact simulations. Simulation-based validation was performed to ensure structural integrity, deformation limits, and stress safety under real operating conditions.
