To investigate how underfloor aerodynamics influence downforce generation in a simplified Formula 1 car model. This project focuses on modelling a simplified F1 underbody including Venturi tunnels and a diffuser. The study will analyse how ride height and diffuser angle affect aerodynamic downforce, drag, and pressure distribution beneath the floor. A moving ground boundary condition will be used to replicate realistic track conditions. Results will be compared across multiple configurations to evaluate aerodynamic sensitivity and performance trends.
