This project uses computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to investigate airflow behaviour in a simplified ground-effect configuration. The study focuses on how velocity and pressure distributions change within a confined flow region, and how these changes relate to aerodynamic downforce and vehicle performance. A simplified model is used to isolate key fluid dynamic principles relevant to Formula 1 underfloor aerodynamics.
