Project 10. Grinding Machine without volume in the cabine. The project consists on a grinding machine with two cabins which extract air. The cabins are conected by a little conduit in the middle, and the goal is that each cabin has to extract the air by its side. In this case, we apply Atmospheric pressure on the cabin on the right, and a pressure of atmospheric - 2 mmca on the left, with a margin of +- 1 mmcda. Because of that, we have 3 different cases Case 01 P atm - 2 mmcda (101305 Pa) Case 02 P atm - 2 mmcda + 1 mmcda

Project 11. Grinding Machine without volume in both cabines. The project consists on a grinding machine with two cabins which extract air. The cabins are conected by a little conduit in the middle, and the goal is that each cabin has to extract the air by its side. Decantador - Entrada concentrica

La entrada de este proyecto será concentrica con menor radio para crear un flujo lo más tangente posible. Se modifica haciendo que la entrada sea en espiral.

Sucesivas modificaciones en la geometría del decantador:

Modificacion tapa adicional: consiste en crear una tapa adicional en la que la entrada de flujo de aire sea tangencial. Se simula con y sin tapón en conducto de salida.

Modificacion conducto 30: el conducto de entrada tiene una inclinación de 30 . Se realiza simulacion con y sin tapon.

Modificacion alargamiento: se aumenta la longitud del conducto de salida a 200 mm.

Modificacion 20: el conducto de entrada tiene una inclinación de 20, el conducto de salida se ha alargado, y se realiza con y sin tapon.

Membrana: Se realiza el proyecto del decantador que separa entrada y salida con una membrana.

Tapa ciclón: tapa adicional en cuyo interior el volumen de aire se asemeja a la forma de un separador ciclónico.

Simulación de un separador ciclónico. Dispositivo empleado para separar las partículas en suspensión que se encuentran en un fluido de dicho fluido. Para ello, dispone de una entrada tangencial y de un conducto de salida vertical.

This project is the same as Project 11, but it includes some modifications in its geommetry.
