The goal of this project is to simulate the internal flow characteristics (velocity profile, pressure drop, and flow distribution) inside a simple tubular coil made of 16 parallel straight pipes connected by U-bends. The simulation will use **internal incompressible fluid flow (CFD)**, assuming water as the working fluid. We aim to assess: - Velocity uniformity through the coil - Total pressure drop between inlet and outlet - Areas of recirculation or flow stagnation, especially in bends Simulation type: **Incompressible steady-state CFD** Turbulence model: **k-omega SST** or **k-epsilon** Boundary conditions: - Inlet flow rate or velocity - Outlet pressure = 0 Pa (gauge) This model will support the design optimization of heat exchangers or cooling circuits in industrial applications.
