0 ResultsThis project investigates how fin spacing and fin geometry affect the natural convection cooling performance of an aluminum heat sink. The experiment will compare different fin spacings and may also examine the effects of fin angle, perforation position, and heat-source location. The heat-sink temperature and thermal resistance will be measured under a constant heat input, and the experimental optimum will be compared with theoretical predictions.
