This project simulates the mechanical behavior, porosity, and fatigue life of AA6063 aluminum matrix composites reinforced with 150 μm Al2O3 particles. Various stir casting conditions, including melting temperature and stirring speed, are considered to analyze their influence on particle distribution, porosity, and mechanical performance. The simulation aims to complement experimental findings by evaluating tensile strength, fatigue life, and microstructural characteristics of the composites
