This project investigates the aerodynamic performance of a UAV propeller using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) in SimScale. A 3D propeller model imported from a STEP file is analyzed to study airflow behavior, pressure distribution, velocity contours, and the forces generated during rotation. The simulation employs a rotating fluid region around the propeller to replicate real operating conditions. The objective is to evaluate the propeller's aerodynamic characteristics, including thrust generation and flow patterns, and to gain practical experience in CFD modeling, meshing, boundary condition setup, and result interpretation.
