This project aims to simulate the core functional modules of a compact multi-material processing machine designed to convert waste materials (paper, plastic, thin wood, foam, fabrics) into usable objects through heating, compressive forming, and controlled cooling. The objective of the simulation is to evaluate heat distribution, airflow dynamics, structural stresses, and material deformation under various operating conditions. This study will help optimize the thermal chamber, airflow channel, mechanical press components, and the overall safety of the device. The results will be used to refine the geometry for better efficiency, lower energy consumption, and improved reliability.
