a 24 inch water line dumps into a basin.  A diffuser is being designed to minimize the amount of disturbance of the fluid in the basin.  The diffuser is essentially a piping Tee with several small holes drilled in the pipe wall.

This project shows an electronic cooling application of ICs on PCB using the conjugate heat transfer transfer technique, abbreviated as CHT. Conjugate heat transfer defines processes which involve variations of temperature within solids and fluids due to thermal interaction.
