This project investigates the structural behavior of a rocket fin under aerodynamic loading using finite element analysis. The fin geometry is modeled and assigned Aluminum 6061-T6 material properties. Static structural analysis is performed by applying fixed support at the fin root and aerodynamic pressure on the fin surface. Mesh convergence studies are conducted using coarse, medium, and fine meshes. Results including Von Mises stress, deformation, and factor of safety are evaluated to assess the structural integrity of the rocket fin.
