1.OBJECTIVE The objective of this project is to perform Finite Element method(FEM) analysis on a rocket Fin structure to evaluate stress distribution,deformation,and structural safety under aerodynamic loading conditions. 2.GEOMETRY A Rocket Fin assembly geometry was imported into simscale for structural analysis.The model consists of a cylindrical rocket body with multiple stabilizing fins attached around the body. 3. MATERIAL PROPERTIES Aluminium material properties were assigned to the rocket fin structure because aluminium is lightweight and commonly used in aerospace applications. PROPERTIES VALUE Density 2700kg/m^3 Young’s modulus 69Gpa Poisson Ratio 0.33 Yield Strength 250Mpa - Copy
