Describe your project in more detail: The GSFG-Omni is a micro-scale benchtop demonstrator designed to capture atmospheric CO2 and synthesize liquid hydrocarbons. Because this is a compact cyber-physical reactor, this simulation will analyze two critical physical boundaries: Flow Dynamics: Calculating the air velocity vectors and pressure drop of ambient air forced by 24V DC fans through a highly porous MOF-808 Direct Air Capture (DAC) filter matrix. Thermal Management: Mapping the thermal radiation gradients emanating from the secondary ZSM-5 Zeolite catalytic upgrading core (operating continuously at 385°C). The objective is to design adequate insulation and cooling loops to ensure the adjacent industrial control electronics (Siemens S7-1200 PLC and NVIDIA Jetson) remain well below their thermal failure thresholds.
