Conjugate Heat Transfer of Heat Sink  - Forced Convection

1.Modal Analysis to identify Natural frequencies and Mode shapes of the assembly.
2. Frequency response analysis with a Load of 3G in Vertical and Transverse axis. Response to be observed across a frequency sweep of 30-150 Hz.
3. Dynamic Analysis of Battery Pack subjected to a Half sine shock of 30 G's amplitude for duration of 15 mSec.

Goal is to obtain the deformed geometry of the neoprene Rubber Gasket under Clamp Load and Hydrostatic Pressure.

The gasket needs to be evaluated for its sealing ability

Goals:
A) Identify Resonance frequencies of the assembly
B) Obtain the frequency response when pack is subjected to acceleration loads of 3G with a frequency sweep from 30 Hz to 150 Hz
C) Obtain the Displacement and Stresses when Pack is subject to Shock Load of 30G for a time duration of 15 milliSeconds

An Impact Attenuator is used to absorb the energy on impact.The given conditions are: A weight of 300 Kg is dropped with an initial velocity of 7 m/s2, An Anti-intrusion plate is provided which is the attachment platform for the foam to the vehicle. The displacement of the Anti-Intrusion plate is required.
