This project simulates a custom-designed two-part TPU (Shore 95A) bushing used to mount and stabilize a shifter box. The bushing replaces the OEM rubber part and aims to reduce play and increase precision while maintaining vibration damping. The model includes a crush washer to preload the assembly. The goal of the simulation is to analyze stress distribution, deformation and contact pressure under axial tightening forces and lateral shifter loads.
