A compact, solar-assisted drying and packaging system designed to help rural women artisans dry agarbatti (incense sticks) at home faster, more consistently, and independent of weather. The system uses a DHT22 sensor to monitor temperature and humidity inside an insulated drying chamber, with an ESP32 microcontroller automatically controlling a heater and blower to maintain optimal drying conditions. A GSM module sends an SMS alert to the user once drying is complete, removing the need for constant manual monitoring. The unit is designed to run on solar power (with grid backup for reliability), and pairs with simple, eco-friendly packaging to help artisans move from raw drying straight to a sellable product improving consistency, saving time, and increasing income potential for home-based agarbatti manufacturers.
