Objective: To analyze the thermal performance and surface temperature distribution of a heating module. The module consists of an Aluminum Composite Panel (top plate) and Wood Plywood (bottom plate), with wooden structural ribs and pillars inside. Simulation Goal: Warm air flows into the internal cavity between the plates, and the simulation will evaluate how efficiently and uniformly the top aluminum plate is heated by the warm air stream. Analysis Type: Conjugate Heat Transfer (CHT) v2.0 (Steady-state or Transient) will be used to simultaneously solve the fluid flow of the warm air and the heat conduction through the solid components.
